First of all, I want to thank all of the people whom have written all of the reviews. With out the reviews, I would have never purchased this product! Let me start by saying that I am a professional carpenter and I stain about 20 decks a season. Today was my first use of the HD- 80 kit... WOW. I have never seen a stripper work like this before. I used the most genital mixture and it completely melted away BEAR semi-transparent stain. I read the directions and followed with the green container, the PH neutralizer. The homeowner actually asked me if I was done staining because the deck was so clean and it looked brand new!

I've tried several brands of stain strippers on my recent project, but nothing worked like HD80! Best stripper and brightener on the market. I had over 3000 sq ft of cedar fence to strip and the cost of using SW and Wolmans products were $18 to $25 per gallon, compared to pennies per gallon. Russell was great to work with and shipping was fast (and free). I'm ordering more for my other property!! Don't waste time and money on other brands--this stuff works great!

If this product is half as good as your customer service I have no doubt I will be extreamly pleased with it. I will follow up with you with pictures and updates as my project progresses. HD-80 worked great, stripping 3 year old Behr product. Citralic did not brighten as much as I expected or I would have rated the Kit as 5-star. Patience is required letting the HD-80 work. If I didn't let it dwell at least 1/2 hour, I ran into problems.
